Hey guys, just wanted to share some meal prep I did this week. It’s simple and delicious and I had a lot of fun with it. I’m so excited to enjoy them all week!<br><br>I made some rice cakes with spaghetti squash, egg whites, mozzarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni. <br><br>And a couple of breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, bacon, black beans, and shredded cheese. <br><br>And finally, a big serving of chicken and rice with steamed veggies!<br><br>I hope everyone has a great week and enjoy their meals!<br><br>Edit: a couple things I forgot to add. I cooked my rice cakes in a skillet with some coconut oil and they turned out really nice. I also used an instant pot to make my spaghetti squash and it was so easy.
