I could not believe how many anime made me cry yesterday. Manga, light novels, and various other media have made me cry but I can count on one hand how many animes have made me cry and I have been watching anime for over a decade. It also probably doesn't help that I've been more selective with what I watch. However, I grew more and more emotional with each new anime I seen yesterday. I also could not believe how far the anime went with the story in such a short amount of time, which probably also contributed to the emotional release. I was already feeling a little down yesterday, but I seen the following animes I never seen before:

- Demon Slayer: Infinity Train
- Petra
- Summer Wars
- The flower we saw that day
- Penguin Highway

I also seen previous animes that made me cry again, such as Your Lie In April, A Silent Voice, and AnoHana. I also seen the anime A Whisker Away a few days ago and it made me cry too.

The first anime that made me cry was Akira. I felt like shit the first time I seen it, probably because it was one of the first animes I have ever seen. I also seen previous animes that made me cry again, such as Your Lie In April, A Silent Voice/Beautiful World, and AnoHana. I probably cried a little harder when I seen these animes again because I seen them again years later, but with the added context of what happens in the future and having some nostalgia for the characters and stories.
