Did I make a mistake by not taking a %2 bonus over 1% raise?

Last year I was offered a %1 raise or %2 bonus, I took the %2 bonus thinking I would keep getting 1% bonus over the %2. However, it is now that time of the year and I've received only %1 bonus. So I won't be getting %2 this year like I thought I would, but %1. I think I've made a huge mistake. What should I do?
