Landed my dream job, now I have to learn to say no to everything.

I'm 30 and have landed the ideal job. I'm in a director role at a well-known company in the field. My work-life balance has significantly improved, and I have the financial stability I've always desired.

However, I'm struggling to adjust to the new reality. I've grown accustomed to hustling relentlessly, constantly striving for more. I've realized that I need to learn to say no to opportunities that don't align with my goals, but It's difficult for me to let go of my old self, to say no.

I feel guilty for not being as driven as I once was, and I'm struggling to find a balance between enjoying my success and feeling content.

I also have trouble focusing on my work. While I'm not expected to be on call, my mind wanders during meetings, imagining all the other things I could be doing instead.

I have trouble sleeping at night, thinking about all the things I could be doing to make the most of this opportunity.

I also have trouble delegating my work. I have trouble trusting others to do it as well as I can, and I feel guilty for not being able to do it all myself.
