What the hell just happened?

I’ve been working as a personal trainer for the last 2 years with a contract and since I’m new on the field I need to organize my appointments through my personal WhatsApp number in order to connect with my clients (otherwise they won’t answer my calls since they don’t wanna exert themselves on a phone call). <br><br>I’m also the founder and founder/developer for a small personal training app with a few clients on board. I’m in the middle of developing it further. <br><br>Since my contract (3 years) is about to end in 2 months they’ve decided to not renew it, since they heard about me using WhatsApp and my app so I decided to write a message in my story (we are all connected on there) saying that I wasn’t allowed to do personal training/deals with WhatsApp. <br><br>But the story went on saying “now that the contract is almost over” things have gonna change.<br><br>Now they’ve decided to fire me ASAP since what I said in the story was super rude according to them since I wanted my clients to have a personal trainer until the end and wasn’t allowed to have WhatsApp conversations.<br><br>First of all, they had me delete my story and I wouldn’t get any money until I did. <br><br>Second of all, they’ll need to verify that none of the clients (both the ones I’ve trained and the ones in the app) have been contacted in the last days. <br><br>Now I’m furious.<br><br>No I didn’t contact anyone. Yes I was wrong saying the contract will be over soon (I didn’t say now but that’s not the point) but I think they’re the ones who we’re wrong since I’m being fired and my app being erased.<br><br>I’m completely dumbfounded and I need some advice on how to handle this.<br>Also, the money is nice but I really liked the job and was putting love in it, and I’m also a bit hurt from them just saying let’s get rid of this guy since I was working there for 2 years and also brought a lot of new clients in.<br><br>I’ve been living in China for 3 years and I didn’t expect this level of professionalism back in Europe.
