What is the cheapest and healthiest way to feed your family?

Hey everybody! I'm a 24 year old nurse and mother of a 1 year old. I'm looking to cut my grocery bill and eat healthier. I want to have healthy food for my baby and make sure she is eating the best food she can. I'm looking for ideas for the cheapest and healthiest food for my family. Can anyone help?<br>TIA!
