My boyfriend has a long standing dinner reservation in London with someone I don't know. We live in America.

I’m at a loss for what to do and would love some advice. <br><br>So I (28F) met my boyfriend (30M) when we were both at a conference for work. We have been dating for about 4 months, but due to us living in different states, we don’t see each other very often. <br><br>He mentioned that he has a long standing dinner reservation at a ‘really cool Michelin star restaurant’ in London made by a friend for every year for this time. I asked if the reservation could be cancelled or moved, but he said it’s not possible. <br><br>I don’t know who this reservation is for (or who made it) but I am expecting to find out it’s for an ex-girlfriend or “just a friend”. This is the first I have heard about it though, so I am really confused. <br><br>What do I do?
