Meal Prep on the road

I have been meal prepping for several years now, but next week I'm going to be on the road for a week with my band. We'll be in a different city every night, so I was wondering what other people have had good experiences with when it comes to keeping food fresh and healthy while on the road. <br><br>My band is pretty DIY, but we'll have a tour van with us, so I'm thinking backpack cooler with insulated lunch container, some ziplock bags of nuts and dried fruits, a few tubs of Greek yogurt, and a few Tupperware with cut veggies. <br><br>Any suggestions? <br><br><br><br>UPDATE: Wow, thanks for all the good suggestions, guys! Holy crap. I'll definitely be getting one of those thermoses.
