If i buy a meal for a woman, the expectation is that i'm obligated to have sex with her?

I was listening to a video on YouTube and the woman was ranting about how men don't buy her food in dates anymore. She was thankful for her ex boyfriend to always take her out for dinner and pay for all her meals because he cared for her. I kind of get it. I'll buy food for my mom, dad and other family members because they're my blood. If i were to ask a woman out for dinner, does it automatically make me obligated to have sex with her? Or is this just an expectation that most women have? I've given a woman a meal before in exchange for sex. She said in her culture, all men pay for all the food for women in all her relationships.
