I’m 30 and never had a relationship. How is it possible to be this lonely?

I’m 30 and never had a relationship. No boyfriend, no girlfriend, no one night stands, not even a kiss or date. No friends, only acquaintances, and even they keep their distance. <br><br>I have a job but I don’t run into anyone doing my day-to-day activities.<br><br>I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I try to talk to people I’m interested in but they don’t take a second glance at me. I’m not sure how to improve it. <br><br>I know I’m not the only person in this situation but when I run into couples doing everyday activities it makes my heart sink and I feel a deep sadness and loneliness wash over me.<br><br>I want to die more often than not to just end it.
