I have a pill that I found and I don’t know what it is or what it does.

Okay so usually I don’t like to risk anything but today I found a pill in my backpack and I really want to know what it is, it is yellow, oval, and it has about five lines on it, the lines are vertical and it has some sort of letter on the one side, I don’t know though cuz it’s scratched a little. Does anyone know what it is? The letter is kinda like a C but I really don’t know what it is.
