AITA for forcing my daughter to sell her beloved horse after she was bucked off and broke her back?

My daughter Rachel was thrown off her horse and broke her back. She was paralyzed from the waist down for a few months but appears to be on the road to recovery now. She is staying with me while she recovers but she still wants to keep that damn horse of hers. It almost killed her and I won't stand for her getting on it ever again. I told her she is going to sell it as soon as possible, she is done with it. She refuses to do so and this has been a massive argument between us for a while.
