What does it mean for the economy if a billionaire earns another billion dollars?

This was a question I have genuinely been wondering about for the last decade or so as our billionaire class has exploded in size and the size of their wealth has ballooned. <br><br>This may not seem like a legitimate economics question as it is pretty basic, but I am a regular guy who studies economics as a hobby. I am in control of our family's investment folio and would like to have a better understanding of the world when making these decisions. Thank you!
