Does an introverted person have more difficulty finding a job?

Does an introverted person have more difficulty finding a job?<br><br>I'm not in the workplace, but I do have one, introverted, child. And it seems like we are changing to be more extroverted. At least, my son is going through a lot of extroverting. Even the games he plays are more extroverted than what he had played. If he decided to be a computer programmer, I'm wondering if he would have more difficulty finding a programming job if he has to meet the employer, let's say.
