I've been forced out of a job I love

I'm a 25-year-old woman who started my job 3 months ago. I was so excited. Every morning I woke up, got ready, and the whole way to work I was so happy. I loved my job. And I did it good. I'm now out of the job because of AI. <br><br>I'm just asking what do the higher-ups have against the human soul and why do they care so much about profit over personality?
