I didn't expect these kind of people to have kids

I was in a deep-conversation facebook group and a mom with 3 kids joined in. She was arguing with another commentor about other stuff but I saw her previous posts and she was very against religion, doesn't want her kids to be religious, she was (or still is) in the goth/emo subculture and she was a kind-of goth metal musician, her kids' names are inspired by goth metal bands. She's deep into heavy metal and the music scene. I never thought people in those subcultures would have kids. I am not saying it's wrong, it's just unexpected.
