How do you people that buy their meals in bulk (IIFYM) keep yourself from getting sick of the same meals over and over?

I’ve seen a lot of posts on here about people with regular jobs having to buy these really large quantities of food (basically all the same meals over and over for the period of a week) and I just can’t imagine eating the same meal multiple times a day, every day for a week. It looks super unappetizing, but I guess I would do it for the money. Still, my question remains. They’re obviously not doing it, but is my brain just wired differently that I would be physically ill after eating the same meal over and over? Thanks.
