There's nothing quite like the threat of anti-Semitism to make people line up behind the local fascists

We love Israel so much, we don't need to review its policies before we do whatever we can to support Israeli settlers or a Netanyahu government. We don't even have to review the record of the local fascists before we fall at their feet. We just send them a blank check. We say to them: do whatever you want! We love Israel so much / so much that we can't even be bothered to consider the interests of those in the UK who will be most affected by the fascism.<br><br>If you love Israel on the one hand, and then on the other hand you line up with fascists and you say to them: do whatever you want! You can do anything you like in the UK / then you have no business talking about loving Israel. What you love is yourself and the fact that you can be seen as a pious Jew in your community, and nothing more.
