Is anyone else getting less creative with mealprep?

After two years of doing mealprep and two kids and working full time and doing it all by myself and the stress of it all I feel like my meal preps are becoming less and less exciting. That being said I’ve started doing simple veggies and super lean chicken with quinoa and rice. Sometimes pasta salad but that’s it.

I used to get on this sub and post my meal preps and post new recipes I tried but now I just post to say I did it and get on with my day. Its not fun anymore, I just enjoy the end results.

For those who have done it for years how did you keep it going and what are your favorite go-to meals? I want to get back to fun recipes but I just can’t seem to find the energy for it.

For those who are new, don’t be discouraged, its the perfect way to eat healthy and be on a great budget and it makes your weeks go by a lot easier but it comes with a price.
