I don't even care about "artifical intelligence" anymore, I just want a chatbot for commercial use that can actually do things.

I just wanted a chatbot that can go through chat, receive orders, send out orders to a fulfillment service, and go through a python script, and then reply to the customer. I just want it to be able to see the most recent message a customer has sent and reply to it. It should not reply to the same message twice if it has already replied to it, and it should not reply to the same message twice if I manually reply to the message.<br><br>It appears that ChatGPT is not capable of that whatsoever. It can't see the most recent message sent for some reason. It will send whatever reply it sends every five minutes. It will also reply to the same message twice. It can't even do the most basic things. I swear I must have wasted 50 hours setting up ChatGPT and it can't even do anything.<br><br>Can someone please make a commercial grade chatbot that can actually go through chat and do things? This is ridiculous. I just want it to be able to do things, I don't care if it is "artificial intelligence" or not. It needs to be able to do simple things commercial grade and there is nothing available?
