Why is the search function so clunky?

Why is it so hard to search old chats? I’m trying to find a more recent chat where I asked something and it’s displaying conversations from a week ago, or even older. <br><br>I’m trying to cross-reference somethings and can’t find the old chat. This is so frustrating.
