My job is trying to get me to quit

Struggling to deal with the fact that my job has been trying to get me to quit for the last two years. I have been in my position for about three years and have consistently received high marks, which translated into high bonuses. Last year, the company hired a new manager for my department who seemingly doesn’t like my work ethic (no reason why).

Ever since his arrival, he constantly has comments on my work. For example, he said “are u sure u want to wear that?” When I wore a sweater and leggings. He has told me to go touch up my make up and fix my hair that was completely fine. I have even been sent home from work for wearing a strapless sundress. I have also been told to perform tasks that well exceed my responsibility and that no one else in my position has to do. He has told other coworkers to quit smoking weed because it makes them “lazy at work.”

I feel like I’m being targeted because I’m the only female in my department and everyone else smokes weed. I completely understand that he is just trying to get me to quit because he thinks I’ll just stop caring and quit.

What would you do in my situation?
