So I’ve heard: social contract behind the veil of ignorance, morality is practical and survival of the fittest for the human species, it’s in our biology, it’s God’s will, Kant’s categorical imperative, and Rawl’s original position. I’m sure I’m missing a lot. If you go ahead and list them here (including the ones I’ve mentioned), rank them in terms of how convincing they are to you. If you have a different conception than morality as I’ve found it to be described in my readings and various forms of media, what is it and what are your supporting arguments for it.

I’m looking for the strongest supporting argument for morality.
