What have the goblins done now?

Every night at 10:30 my neighbors will turn their back speakers up to max volume and have a 30-60 minute jam session with the worst sounds I have ever heard in my life. I’m talking screeching, thrashing, and cat wailing and it goes right through the walls and I can’t do anything about it because I’m a renter.
