I'm a 31 year old father of two and I'm overweight. I have been for a while. I want to get in shape but I'm just so busy and I really don't enjoy the process. I know it's important, but I'm just so overwhelmed and stressed out by work and family and everything that I'm too exhausted to make it happen.<br><br>I know I'm not the only person who lives like this, but I can't help feeling a little sad about it. My oldest son is five years old and I'm just starting to feel like I'm falling behind and overweight. I get winded easily, and playing with my kids is exhausting. I'm worried about my health and I know I need to get in shape, but I don't know where to start.<br><br>I'm reaching out because I want to hear from women who have been in similar situations. How do you motivate yourself to get in shape when you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? What tips do you have for someone who is struggling to find the time and energy to prioritize their health?<br><br>I'm not looking for a magic solution or a quick fix.
