How do you guys avoid overthinking?

I know it’s a common problem but when I’m writing I just can’t seem to stop overthinking it all. The way I word something, a characters backstory, how important certain events are, relationships between characters, inconsistency. I just overthink everything way too much and it’s been a bit of a roadblock for me and it’s been taking a lot of my time. Any advice on how to not do that?<br><br>Thanks!
