Men are becoming obsolete.

I’ve been pondering the concept of men, masculinity and maleness in general, and wanted to share my thoughts and theories with you. <br><br>I know a lot of men have become grounded, emotionally intelligent and empathetic, and that’s great. But in general, men have been on the way out for some time now. The primary reasons for that are:<br><br>1. **Women are no longer economically dependent on men**. With women’s education and career opportunities getting better and better, women don’t need men to survive. In the past, women had to marry men to have financial security. Nowadays, men are even a burden to women because of taxes on the married, alimony in case of a divorce, and other legal pitfalls. <br><br>2. **Men are no longer needed for reproduction**. Sperm banks, donor dads, and artificial wombs are making men redundant when it comes to reproduction. With the discovery of artificial sperm, men are going to be totally obsolete in reproduction. <br><br>3. **Men are no longer needed to protect women**. With the advancements in technology, women are now safer than ever. pepper sprays, tasers, cameras, gps, social media, panic buttons, alarm systems and many other security measures make it safer for women to go out. Women are also more independent in general and don’t need men for protection.<br><br>4. **Men are no longer needed for emotional support**. Women used to be more emotionally expressive while men were more stoic. However, these days, women are more emotionally intelligent, more independent, and more outspoken in general. This, combined with the fact that many men are becoming more emotionally unavailable, makes men less needed for emotional support.<br><br>5. **Sex work is booming**. Many men are turning to sex workers for intimacy, which can lead to men becoming obsolete in relationships. <br><br>6. **Women are starting to realize their power**. Women are more outspoken than ever before. Women went from just voting to being CEOs, leaders, entrepreneurs, and politicians. Women are claiming their power, and realizing they don’t need men anymore, and that’s a great thing for them, but another nail in the coffin for men.<br><br>7. **Boys are falling behind girls in education**. Boys are falling behind girls in school, and young men are going to college much less than women these days. This makes men less attractive, less successful, and less educated in general.<br><br>8. **Men are more likely to commit crimes and engage in problematic behavior**. Men are more likely to be criminals, alcoholics, drug addicts, and have mental health issues. This makes men less trustworthy and less desirable.<br><br>9. **Men are losing traditional masculine roles**. Feminism has taught women to be more independent and not rely on traditional masculine roles such as men being the protectors or providers. With the decline of traditional masculine roles, men are losing their identities and groundedness.<br><br>10. **Men are becoming more effeminate**. Many men are becoming more feminine in their expressions of emotions, behavior, and appearance. This is making masculine men redundant. <br><br>11. **Less women are attracted to traditional masculinity**. Women are more and more attracted to femininity in men. Tom girl women are finding traditional masculinity too toxic. Many women are turning lesbian or pansexual, and many others are finding traditional masculinity too turn-off or too unattractive.<br><br>12. **Traditional masculinity is becoming obsolete**. Traditional masculine values such as stoicism, aggression, and dominance are becoming obsolete. Many men are adapting to this, but the ones that are unable or unwilling to adapt, are going to be left in the dust. <br><br>In conclusion, men are becoming redundant. With all these factors combined, men are becoming less necessary for survival, reproduction, security, intimacy, and groundedness. Many men are adapting to this new world, and becoming more emotionally intelligent, empathetic and more grounded. However, the ones that are unable or unwilling to adapt to this new reality, will become obsolete.
