If you watch "Office Ladies" you can confirm my answer: How can I promote myself to go from Receptionist to Business Manager in less than 3/4 of a year?

My story: I was a receptionist at a local medical practice for about 8 months. When they first hired me I had a pretty decent/normal manager. She would speak to me like a normal human being, and she would ask me questions as to how my day was going and give me things to work on throughout the day. Fast forward to December when she quit. Then we had an interim manager who also had a similar approach. The medical practice was so happy with how well I helped these managers that they decided to promote me to Business Manager, and they were also considering me for the Practice Manager role just a few weeks after the interim manager left! Unfortunately they hired someone who was actually qualified, and not me. But they bumped me up to Business Manager, and all of a sudden I went from 9-5 to 8-6, and had an entire office with wonderful views of the 15 freeway. To my dismay I had a manager again, but was expecting that she would kind of approach me in the way that the other managers did in that she would kind of take me under her wing. NO. She is so impolite, looks me up and down every time she sees me, and has even gone so far as to call me "a little girl" on one occasion, and has another coworker heard her call me "dumb" when I was walking down the hallway. Also, she has completely taken the "managing" part out of the job description and makes me work like an administrative assistant instead of a Business Manager. Anyways, I'm jumping through hoops for her on top of my actual job, as well as taking care of my GM's crap too. The only thing that makes me happy is that I was able to raise my salary by $9k in only 8 months, so that's a win. But I'm seriously considering looking for a new job, I've already had a few interviews, but was offered 2 jobs, both of which I declined. I'm just torn, but I know if I stay I'm either going to end up in a bad mood every day at work, or I could end up with a bad case of rage induced implosion and strangle my manager. Any advice would be good. I'm just so confused and I don't know what to do.
