The AI act of 2024

I just learned that a proposed bill to set legal standards for artificial intelligence under the category of consumer products has been proposed. I'm just putting myself out there in case it gets passed and I'm sued. So far the bill states that an AI company must set out which consumer product they are trying to sell or give away, and which consumer product they are collecting data on. All speech containing the consumer product must be labeled as an ADVERTISEMENT. So I'm just stating that I am here to give away AI. All speech with the consumer product "AI" in it will be labeled as an ADVERTISEMENT.
