I hired a meal prep service and save $100 weekly, others have saved more.<br><br>I’ve been doing meal prep for a while but hired a meal prep service about 4 weeks ago. I have my meal prep done twice a week and they deliver it to me. They give me all the macros for each dish and offer nutritional advice as well as consulting if you need it!<br><br>I was spending at least $100 a week and now I spend about $30 a week for them to meal prep me. They also have a free meal prep for first timers for a week, so I was able to try it first to see how I liked it and now I’m hooked. I feel way healthier and I have more energy and it’s a good way to stay accountable.<br><br>I’m not trying to sell anything but I wanted to see if anyone else does this because it’s helped me a lot and I wish I knew about it sooner! I’ve also had friends who have purchased meal prep services and they said it has helped them lose a lot of weight too!!
