Why does nobody do an African or South American fantasy?

Pretty much every fantasy world is taken from North America, Europe, or Asia. We've already had hundreds of Europe fantasies. Why do people just completely ignore the entire continent of Africa and South America?

They're cool places! There's so much to pull from in Africa for example, or Brazil! Don't even get me started on the lack of Arab-world fantasy settings.

EDIT: I'm seeing a lot of comments about things like Black Panther and Shrek, which are not fantasy worlds based in a fantasy Africa, but are modern countries portrayed in a fantasy light. What I'm talking about are worlds like Westeros, Essos, Temeraire, and First Law, which are entirely made up places that take influences from real historical cultures, but are entirely new worlds.

The First Law is an alternate history of post-Roman collapse Europe, Temeraire is an alternate history of the Napoleonic Wars, and GoT/ASOIAF is an alternate history of medieval Europe. Arab, African, and South American societies are just as interesting as any others, and it seems weird to me that nobody ever writes a fantasy that takes influences from them.
