What is your favorite meal prep journey?

What are some of the most fun meal prepping adventures you've had? I recently meal prepped for a week for the first time and it was a lot more than I expected. It took me a while to get everything done, but I loved finally being able to see everything laid out in my fridge all at once. I also loved how easy it was to just be able to pull them out and eat whenever I was hungry. I am already planning on doing it again, and I am looking for fun excuses.
