A few months ago I was inspired by some posts on this sub to re-evaluate my relationship with food. I had been in a bit of a funk and wasn’t feeling my best. It had become increasingly obvious that I needed to make some changes in order to improve my overall health and well-being. I was struggling with bloating, fatigue, and skin issues, and my diet was largely composed of processed foods. I decided to take full responsibility for my own health and embarked on a journey to improve it.

I got off all fad and processed foods and returned to eating natural and nutritious foods, which helped me lose 20 kilograms over several months. Since then, I've noticed significant improvements in my overall health: I feel more energized, I haven't experienced any major health problems, and I feel more satisfied with the way I look.

I came across someone named Tanya who runs a YouTube channel and Instagram page dedicated to healthy eating, and her work has been an inspiring force for me. My journey has not been easy, and I've experienced challenges along the way. However, I'm proud of myself for prioritizing my health and making significant progress. I want to emphasize that the journey to a healthy lifestyle takes time and effort, but it is worth it to feel your best.

When I made this post months ago it did not make it to front page , but it felt good to share my progress on this sub, felt like I was sharing with my family. Hope we all reach our goals.

Edit: a lot of people messaged me asking for my first post, which is no longer available as it was removed by the moderators for not following the sub rules.

Thank you everyone for the gold, silver and kind comments , it’s been a blast!
