The reason why Gyanvapi survey has not been completed

I had ask my friend who was one of the five people who went for this survey yesterday because he is a festival observer of Hinduism. He told me that it took us 4 hours just to enter because these people did not allow us to do the survey of the place where the well was. They have taken time and we will go now after few days to complete the survey. I didn't know this and thought they could not do the survey because of no camera phone only thing.
