I’m going insane

I am a recent ME graduate. Finished in Dec 22. I began my job search in Oct 22. I began applying on a daily basis and now I have over 180 applications out with less than 10 interviews, 2 rejected, and 1 offer. I am on the verge of a mental breakdown. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have 2 internships under my belt and was a homework tutor for 3 years in addition to my 2 TA positions. Also I have worked at my university’s library for 3 years. I graduated with honors. I don’t know what else I could have done. I’m so confused on if I’m doing something wrong in my interview process. I have no idea. Also I would consider myself to be very confident in my problem solving skills, communication skills, learning skills. I’m just so confused. I’m in tears and angry. What could I have done wrong. I don’t feel like I’m being picky. I’ve applied to 180 companies and only have 1 offer. It makes no sense to me. I’m so lost. I’m really hoping I don’t have to move back in with my parents.
