How can I get any of my code to run on real androids?

I have created a lot of different simple projects, getting started apps, and applications that I feel are very well created.<br><br>But it completely frustrates me, that I can't seem to ever get them onto a real cell phone. <br><br>I have built an app that has a few buttons, some text views, a few edit texts.. some labels, a few picture boxes. nothing too crazy. But nothing in the two years of me programming seems to want to run on my phone. <br><br>I have all my code in java, but my phone is just a standard android. if that matters?
