What is the most exciting thing on your cooking to-do list?

I have never had a cooking bucket list, but I have an old friend visiting at the end of the month, and I looked up his old cooking blog and found a recipe that I have always wanted to try. He made it in 2011, and I have looked at it every month or two since, but never tried it. So, finally I am going to make it, along with a couple of Italian dishes to round out the meal and a couple of desserts, as this will be a two-night visit. I am so excited to finally make it, and the meal should be a little over $20, so a win all around. I just wonder what other people out there are planning to make for the first time next.<br><br>So, what is the most exciting thing on your cooking to-do list?
