Does getting a Master’s degree in Information Assurance increase your pay?

I currently work as a Network Engineer for a “big tech company” and I finished my bachelors degree about a year ago. But as I finish my CCNA/CCNP I was considering going to get a Graduate degree in Information Assurance, but I’m curious as to if there would be any return on that investment? Should I just take other certificates on CompTia Security+ and CISM or just pursue a different career path?
