What is your favorite hotel in the world?

I just recently stayed at the Hotel Weisses Kreuz in the Swiss Alps. While not on a 5 star scale, it was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at personally, with friendly service, rustic decor, and a view of the mountains from their outdoor pool. I have stayed at many hotels in the world that use the name 5 star hotel, but Hotel Weisses Kreuz was more of a 5 star experience than any of those hotels I have stayed at.
