App to help people learn to sleep with earplugs

I get ear infections and have to have earplugs in when I sleep. I've been doing it for a few months now. I get that I can't be the only one dealing with ear infections, so I thought I would share some things I've started doing to fall asleep with them in.

The app would be a timer that always goes off at the same time every night to put them in. Or if you've completed the timer, you could just insert them naturally. I've completed the timer and now I insert them automatically.

After you insert them, you start another timer. This is a variable time and I've had success at around 30 minutes to 1 hour. For that time, you can listen to anything you want on headphones or speakers. The idea is that if you wear the plugs for a half hour, you can also wear them for the time it takes to fall asleep.

I've been listening to music and podcasts, but you can listen to audio books or anything. I've learned a lot of new things and it allows me to keep both ears in for a certain time.

What I think would be really cool is an audio app that you can play and it would modify the sound to make it different, like if you were listening to music, it would shift keys and pitch every so often so it's the same but also slightly different.

After the time passes, it automatically turns it off and I usually go to bed then.

I also have something like this for morning, where it goes off at the same time every day. It's a gong and you have to get up and turn it off. This is a big help because I heard earplugs are bad for you if you wear them for too long.
