Any upscale restaurant is mostly about the food, and the atmosphere. It's fair to say that if you go to a rooftop restaurant, you should be at least somewhat interested in the food to not be a waste of time for the kitchen, the waiters, and the other guests.<br><br>I think there is at least 10 other ways you can enjoy a good 360° view of a city without having to go to a restaurant. A trip to the nearest skyscraper is usually much cheaper, and does not require the waiters to do extra work, and the kitchen to waste ingredients.
