What are some tips for transitioning from binging/eating all your snacks immediately to meal prepping?

I get it's not a healthy thing to do, but for a long time when I've had food in front of me, I'd eat it. (also known as binge eating disorder) And it really sucks.

Recently I've gained a little bit of weight and it doesn't feel good after losing a lot. But I also want to make personally healthy choices. But I've recently tried to meal prep and I'm having a hard time not eating all my food at once. Anyone have any tips for that? I've tried to smaller portions, even though I'm still hungry afterwards, and I've tried to save it for the right time of day, but I'm just having a hard time pushing past the mental hunger, if that makes sense. Any tips?
