App for people looking to "adopt" a friend or friends.

My friend is good with dogs, but she doesnt have time for one. Plenty of people have dogs, but not enough time. There should be an app for people to "adopt" other peoples pets for a while, while they're away. Dog walking and grooming and the like should be a part of the app, not the main thing, but the app should be centered around "free trial dog ownership"
