How realistic is it for a 30 year old to readjust their career to a better paying job?

Hi all, I am a 30 year old, working 50-60 hours a week with a salary of 65,000 dollars and 15,000 in bonuses per year for the last 3 years. I did everything I could in the company to go up but I feel the pay plan is very slow and will take a lot of work until I get to a salary of 100,000 dollars. I have a family and a baby to feed and I feel I can't get to that point in my 40's when I need to pay for my kid's college. I would like to go for a higher paying job, but I don't know which career paths have such high salaries and how realistic is it for a 30 year old to make a big career change. What is your advice?
