I speak like 30 languages. I travelled extensively. Lived with all kind of people. I’ve been constantly told that I’m odd. I love languages and I’m not scared of speaking, but I’m afraid of being unappreciated at a minimum. I’m not sure if all of you (or any of you) would appreciate it if I speak your language outside of work or school. But I’m just so comfortable with it. I’m not scared of taking advantage of someone’s hospitality just because I can communicate with them.
