Please report all China-related posts that are posted in other subs to the moderators there.]<br><br>Ever since the first China-related megathread, it takes nearly no effort to find and get into an argument with someone about China and China-related topics. Whether it's geopolitics, COVID, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Ukraine-Russia, or many other topics, you may have noticed the same familiar usernames from previous China-related discussions popping up again on other topics.<br><br>This sub was created as a centralized location for all China-related topics. The name says it all, but we, as a community, felt that there were too many posts and comments flooding every other sub trying to convince you, dear reader, of a specific agenda, often not even related to the topic at hand. While discussion and debate are essential for free speech and democracy, it can be annoying to have the same people popping up for the hundredth time trying to tie in everything to China.<br><br>While we allow for different opinions and allow for discussion, please do not try to spam the same talking points for every topic, and please try to stay on topic. We also allow for other nations to be discussed if they relate to a China-related topic - this sub does not have to be exclusively China-related. We just want to be able to discuss topics without being redirected to China for the hundredth time.<br><br>In essence, this sub is here to serve as a place for all China-related discussion. If you want to convince people of your China-related agenda, please come here, and not other subs. Thank you.
