if bestiality is wrong, why do humans put dogs in breed specific clothing

Normally i dont think about this but i recently saw a pug pulling a cart (it was a thing for his birthday) and he was a tuxedo pug and had a tiny tuxedo on him and i naturally thought "oh that pugs going to a wedding or something" but then i realized he was a dog and hes literally just walking around the house and the neighbourhood in a tuxedo for no reason. Classic 2k17 moment.
