I used to have a terrible memory. It was so hard for me to memorize anything and be able to recall that information without seeing it or having it in front of me. I failed three finals and struggled with every paper or essay I had to do because I was a terrible writer. I began to take the time to understand what I was taught in school. Secondly I began to teach myself by learning what made me learn best and how I could continue to use that same method to learn and study. During this time I was also reading and using flash cards to help me learn vocabulary terms and develop a better memory. Every night I would take the time to review what you had learned the day before. By doing this I never had to study for an exam again. There are also methods that you can use to study that will help you remember information a lot better. For example it is known that when you are taught something if you right that information down or draw something that represents it, you are 90% more likely to remember it than just hearing it. Flash cards are also an amazing tool to use to study because you have to memorize the information on the card. I also found that reading helped me a lot, and it helped me to develop a much better vocabulary. All of the tips that you need to know in order to do well on exams and have excellent study skills are everywhere on the internet. It's your job to take the time and learn the tips that you will need. <br><br>To that I say this <br><br>"The man who graduates today and stops learning tomorrow is uneducated the day after." - Newton D.
