App to find the most known person in any given location

The app would have its users sign up and it would find who in the database is the most known person, within a given radius, that you are in close proximity to, (the radius can be of your choice, e.g. 1, 5, 10 etc.) It would also display how far away they are, (it would have to have an api of its users current location). This could be useful if you want to see if there's anyone famous on your flight, train, in a coffee shop, etc. To measure the 'most known person' it could have a known value of how known each user is, so that way it would only show users with high known values, which would mean they are the most known people in the given radius. The value of 'how known' could be calculated based on social media following, and by a scale of importance.
