Spent years in therapy and nothing improves. It's over for me.

I spent years in therapy, only got worse. Nothing changed. Now I'm 26 with no hope. I have no friends, no job, no girlfriend. I have been single for my entire life and I don't even talk to people anymore. I just exist to exist. I'm starting to think toobz were right that the afterlife is better than this life.
